Ulric Tholin

Ulric advises individuals and companies on tax matters.

After 7 years of experience in renowned Lyon-based law firms, and three years of developing his own independent practice, he decided to join Neptune at the beginning of 2021, where he specializes in tax issues related to national and transnational equity transactions.

He holds a master’s degree in taxation from the Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 University. He continues to teach taxation at both the university and the Lyon Institute of Legal Studies.
