Jean-Pierre Chaux founded the Lyon office of Neptune in June 2016, at the same time as the national tax department of the firm
After 16 years with Ernst & Young firm, the last time as a partner, he headed the tax departments of the Orsay and Soulier firms before joining Neptune.
This varied career allows Jean-Pierre to intervene as much in Private Equity transactions (LBO, etc.) as alongside managers in the context of their development, including in a transnational context.
This proximity to managers has also led him to develop skills in the field of business transfers and assistance with tax audits and litigation.
